How long will my spare part take to be delivered?
Parts can be dispatched same day if we receive your order by 2pm(excluding UK Bank Holidays).
Our standard delivery time in the UK and most areas of Europe is close of business next working day. However, for urgent orders we can arrange for delivery same day, before 9am or 12pm. We can also arrange local collection or drop off, Please speak to us about your options.

Who is your preferred courier?
We use UPS as our preferred courier. There may be times when we use other couriers, but this will not affect our standard delivery times.
What does DAP mean?
DAP=Delivered at Place (named place of destination)
CNC Spares and Repairs ltd pays for carriage to the named place, except for costs related to import clearance, and assumes all risks prior to the point that the goods are ready for unloading by the buyer. Import clearance = import duty and VAT.
What method of payment do you accept?
At the moment we accpet payment via bank transfer, Accounts are possible for long term customers, With arrangements we can also receive payments via paypal

How long will Fanuc Repairs take?
Typically, a basic repair will take as little as 24 hours. If the part needs cleaning there will be an additional 24 hour period required to ensure this is done to meet our high standards.
Do I get a warranty with my Fanuc Repair?
Yes, all our Fanuc repairs come with a 6 month warranty (subject to post-repair Terms and Conditions).
Will my Fanuc Repair be tested before I get it back?
All our repairs are done in house then tested on bespoke Fanuc Test Fixtures. We only repair Fanuc parts that we can functionally test to ensure parts are in full working order when they are returned to you for refitting to your machine. We use closed-loop test rigs to simulate your machine, using the correct motors, drives, power supplies and Fanuc CNC controls.
