Core Exchange A

You send us your Fanuc part using your own preferred courier. Once we have received and inspected your part (this must be like for like), providing it meets our core exchange standards we send you a replacement working item with 6 month warranty. Where the faulty part is found to be non-repairable, we will contact you to discuss the options available.

Core Exchange B

You pay the full price as if purchasing under an outright sale. We send you a replacement working Fanuc Part with 6 month warranty. Once the item has been delivered you have 7 days to send your faulty unit back to us in exchange (this must be like for like). Once returned and inspected, providing the part meets our core exchange standards, a refund will be given as stipulated in the original sale transaction. Refunds will be issued using the same method you selected during payment. Late returns may be subject to a reduction in the amount refunded. Items returned and found to be uneconomical to repair will be charged for at full manufacturers replacement prices. 

Pre-exchange Inspection

Send your part to us using your preferred courier. On receipt, we will inspect to determine whether we are able to accept under our service exchange scheme. If we can accept your exchange part, a replacement item will be charged and shipped following inspection. Where the faulty part is found to be non-repairable, we will contact you to discuss the options available.

Bespoke Quote

This option is available for customers who have specific requirements not covered in our standard sale options, i.e. those requiring urgent delivery of an item where only Core Exchange A status is shown and where the exchange part may not be sent in advance.
